How do I register for Transform?


Passes can be purchased only on the Transform website. Registration payment is entered online on the registration page. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Your card will be charged in British Pounds.

Do you have any special promos for Transform?


There are two special promos for Transform: The promo rate (ends 15 June) and the Early Bird fee (ends 6 September). Register before the deadline to benefit from the discount. Once you are registered, you will receive a special promo discount for your industry colleagues.

What is included with my registration?


Each pass includes keynote and breakout sessions, lunches and refreshments, access to the Expert Hub and conference materials.

Does my registration include travel and accommodation?


Transportation and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of all delegates.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I have registered?


Yes, after registering online you will receive an automated email confirming your registration together with the invoice. If you do not receive the registration confirmation, check your spam folder. If the email is not there, contact the Transform Team at transform.eu@transformconference.com

Is my Transform pass transferable?


If you are unable to attend you can transfer your pass to a colleague from your company at any time. Please email the Transform team to request this transfer: transform.eu@transformconference.com

Can I cancel my registration?


Cancellations received before 6th September will receive a full refund, less a £50 cancellation fee (plus VAT if applicable). After 6th September, we regret that refunds won’t be available. You may still transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge.

No-shows generates waste that could otherwise be avoided. For Transform, we strive for sustainability and the smart use of resources.

London Practicalities

What will the weather be like for Transform?


Temperatures in London vary between 8-15 C at this time, and October is usually the wettest month of the year. Attendees should wear appropriate clothing for these temperatures and remember to pack an umbrella if they plan to use public transport for traveling.

Dress code?


Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to the conference. A jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned rooms within the hotel. Partner sponsors are welcome to wear their own branded clothing.
