Bob is a learning and development leader at the global food, agriculture and nutrition company, Cargill. At Cargill, Bob helps design and implement learning and coaching programs for employees in sales and marketing. His mission is “to help others get where they need to go through learning new mindsets, skillsets and toolsets.”
Prior to joining Cargill, Bob was the head of L&D at the global loyalty marketing company, Aimia. He also spent 15 years in advertising, marketing and brand management working with such brands as Coca-Cola, BMW, and the Minnesota Wild NHL team.
Bob holds degrees from Northwestern University and Columbia University’s Teachers College. He lives in the Twin Cities with his wife, two kids, three pets and many piles of laundry.
