GE Healthcare is a multinational manufacturer and distributor of diagnostic imaging agents and radiopharmaceuticals for imaging modalities that are used in medical imaging procedures. Its complexity and size meant rolling out a sales enablement solution required a phased approach that would propel users to adopt, optimize and eventually maximize use of the tool. In this session, GE Healthcare’s Sue Petersen will share the challenges of introducing a solution to a global company with multiple business units, modalities and maturity. From there, Sue will discuss how they actually did it, sharing GE Healthcare’s desired evolution path and maturity curve. Finally, Sue will share real-life examples (and wins) from the GE Healthcare team’s use of Showpad and outline what’s next.
